Service Description
Available: Friday June 10th - 10AM - 2PM This tour goes to beautiful Keewaydin Island Southern End. We depart precisely at 10:00 AM (returns at 2:00 PM - approximately 2 hours on the beach) and you'll cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands enjoying the beautiful wildlife ranging from Bottlenose Dolphins, Ospreys, Pelicans and possibly even Manatees and Deer. We pull up on the inside of Keewaydin Island at the Southern End. This is a great place to pick up shells (please leave live shells). It's also a great place to go for a swim, take a beach walk, have a picnic or just lounge in the sun. There are food boats that sell everything from hamburgers, hot dogs to ice cream. For this tour, you must be mobile, the island is not wheelchair accessible. Hats, Sunscreen & Bug Spray: Don't forget to bring it! Beach Chairs, Umbrellas & Coolers: We do not provide - please bring what you need. Food & Drink: You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments and snacks. All glasses should be plastic or metal (no glass) and if you choose to bring beer, please no glass bottles. Wine and champagne are fine in glass, just please be careful when handling. We do offer cold bottled water and soda aboard for $2.00 each (cash only, exact change please - crew does not carry change). Children: Life jackets (one size for under 90 pounds) are provided, but we suggest you bring one for infants or toddlers. Failure to have a fitted jacket for your child will result in your party's inability to board the vessel. Life jackets for toddlers and infants are available at local marine stores, such as West Marine and Bass Pro Shops. Children 12 and under should keep their life jackets on while aboard for safety. Tipping: Tipping is customary if you enjoyed your Cruise. 20% to 30% is customary and your captain and crew will appreciate it. Bathroom: There is a bathroom onboard. Do the size and configuration of the vessel, it is not handicap accessible. It requires full mobility to access. Please keep this mind when booking. As with all marine toilets, the use of toilet paper must be very limited (they clog easily - flush multiple times if necessary). Under no circumstances should anything other than human waste and marine (single ply) toilet paper be flushed down the toilet.
