Available: Saturday & Sunday - 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM (We may adjust the departure time depending on the date of your tour. If different from your actual booking, you'll receive notification via email and/or text prior to the date of your tour) This Sunset Cruise departs approximately 2 hours before sunset and returns 1 hour after sunset. You'll cruise through the beautiful Ten Thousand Islands to Keewaydin Island where you will disembark and traverse a forest path for approximately 150 feet to the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There you can take a walk and enjoy shelling, or just enjoy the water, sun and sand. My personal recommendation is to bring beach chairs and a cooler to enjoy the sunset. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas & Coolers: We do not provide - please bring. Hats, Sunscreen & Bug Spray: Even close to sunset, you can get a sunburn. Keewaydin can get a bit buggy! Food & Drink: You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments and snacks. All glasses should be plastic or metal (no glass) and if you choose to bring beer, please no glass bottles. Wine and Champagne are fine in glass, just please be careful when handling. We do offer cold bottled water and soda aboard for $2.00 each (cash only, exact change please - crew does not carry change). Children: Young children (less than 75lbs.) are required to bring with them a fitted life jacket (we do not supply life jackets in small sizes). Failure to have a fitted jacket for your children will result in you not being allowed to attend the Cruise. Children and Infant life jackets are available at marine stores, such as West Marine and Bass Pro Shops. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we simply do not have the storage space to carry multiple children's and infants' vests in every size. Children 12 and under should keep their life jackets on while aboard for safety. Tipping: Tipping is customary if you enjoyed your Cruise. 20% to 30% is customary and your captain and crew will appreciate it. Bathroom: There is a bathroom onboard. Due to the size and configuration of the vessel, it is not handicap accessible. It requires full mobility to access. Please keep this mind when booking. As with all marine toilets, the use of toilet paper must be very limited (they clog easily - flush multiple times if necessary). Under no circumstances should anything other than human waste and marine (single ply) toilet paper be flushed down the toilet, doing so could result in a repair costing thousands of doll
For cancellations, please contact us no later than 24 hours before scheduled departure. Cancellations due to inclement weather is allowed right up to time of departure if the captain feels the weather will create an unsafe condition.
